COE price drop

KNNBCCB!!!!!
Price of Cat A COE has drop from $16.9k to $15.6k.
Too TL to explain here what this means, anyway, this means i most probably got a COE and can proceed to register a vehicle soon.
Still, i am pissed to the brim.
